# EMA — anatomy and assets

Adaptations by STENT.UZ: selective geometry extraction; one shared translation, rotation and scale for all female structures; custom tissue and arterial materials; local wall displacement around an illustrative intramural fibroid. Uterus, cervix, tubes, ovaries, ligaments, pelvic bones and both uterine arteries are from the same female reference. No male anatomy is used in the HRA experience. The full atlas is not sent to the browser.

This scene illustrates an intramural, FIGO-4-like wall lesion. It is an authored educational volume, not a segmented patient MRI or a clinically measured FIGO classification. The source images, dataset and Myomatlas application are not redistributed.

The HRA selection includes uterine arteries, but not common/internal iliac arteries. Small target feeders are illustrative extensions connected to the HRA uterine artery; their routes and particle sizes are educational abstractions. Catheter, microspheres, scalpel and the illustrative lesion are authored geometry, not an operative plan.

Portrait: supplied by the user (ChatGPT Image 11 Sept 2026, 11_42_39.png). The source is retained unchanged; only a deterministic background alpha mask is applied. No AI changes to the woman, face, hair, dress, proportions or colours. The identical masked PNG is used in Hero, anatomical reveal and finale. Surgical hands: separate illustrative asset generated with built-in image_gen; chroma background is composited to alpha. Prompts and project paths are recorded in ema-motion/SURGICAL-ASSETS.md.
